Our History
Joe Alvarez was born and raised in Polk County and always dreamed of serving his country in the military. Tragically, a serious motor vehicle accident would preclude him from ever attaining that dream. Instead, knowing the effects of a traumatic car crash, Mr. Alvarez wound up pursuing a career helping clients he empathizes with.
William “Billy” Gower was born in Brandon, Florida and was raised giving back to the community as a member of the First Methodist Church of Brandon and Boy Scouts. I wanted to become a trial lawyer and after working years for insurance companies, I now have the privilege of giving back to my community by representing individuals from the Tampa Bay area where I am from in their claims against insurance companies.
Mantra

Our Experience
Before graduating law school, Joe Alvarez began working with a small Tampa personal injury firm where he stayed practicing personal injury law and advocating for the negligently injured. Mr. Alvarez has litigated a wide range of personal injury and wrongful death cases throughout his career, earning tens of millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. He is a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is a group of a select few personal injury attorneys achieving results in excess of a million dollars for their clients.
Bill Gower was hired by one of the top trial firms in Florida to practice personal injury law. From Brandon Florida and raised Trying my first case in my second week as an attorney, I quickly gained experience at the highest level dealing with some of the worst possible personal injury and wrongful death claims alongside and against the best lawyers in Florida. I have handled cases involving minor and major car crashes, trucking crashes, slip or trip and falls, youth and adult sports injuries as a result of negligence, sexual assault and molestation claims, and injuries as a result of inadequate or negligent security.
